Assist the Store Team Leader in supervising store employees and presenting merchandise; support cashiering and stocking duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction;
Maintain clean, well-organized store and ensure safe, engaging shopping environment;
Assist with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and compliance with company policies;
Manage store merchandising and plan-o-zones, including rotating merchandise and displays to drive sales;
Support in deposits, cashier accountability, and bank deposits; assist in store operations during Store Team Leader absence.
