Responsibilities
  • Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and provide clinical and reimbursement information in a compliant manner
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives, utilizing market data and customer insights
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns using advanced selling skills
  • Accurately track and report sales activities and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
  • Proven advanced selling skills and business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet travel requirements and comply with vaccination requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
  • Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, Web Ex)
