What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
    >

    Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies in the assigned territory through various communication methods
  • Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and clients
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the employer's footprint within the territory
  • Develop and manage broker partnerships to deepen engagement and expand the network of contacts
  • Become a subject matter expert in group health benefits, providing strategic insights to brokers and agency partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with a preference for Group Health sales or marketing experience
  • Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career growth
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with agents and brokers within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Group Health sales or marketing
  • Background in other sales fields or military service
