• Commission-based pay as a 1099 representative
• Reliable transportation + smartphone
• Vehicle capable of hauling a ladder
• Strong communication skills and consistent responsiveness
• A serious desire to learn, grow, and develop with the team
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience climbing, inspecting, or estimating residential/commercial projects
• Familiarity with insurance and contractor estimates
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Sales or customer service experience
