Membership Sales Specialist

We're hiring a high-energy, results-driven Membership Sales Specialist to drive new memberships and deliver an exceptional first experience for every guest.

What You'll Earn

* Base pay: $13-$16/hour

* Uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more)

What You'll Do (Sales-Focused)

* Convert leads into memberships (phone, text, and in-person)

* Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals

* Build relationships that drive referrals and retention

* Bring energy to the studio-every guest, every time

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including:

* Early mornings: 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM

* Evenings: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

* Weekends required:
Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

You must be available for weekends and a mix of shifts to be considered.
