- Manage customer payment performance in cooperation with the local sales team, customers, and Leybold credit control team.
- Collaborate closely with sales management and the broader sales organization to ensure transparent and cooperative business management.
- Lead and coordinate engagement with relevant Leybold functions to position Leybold as the preferred and premium supplier for customers.
- Support new product and service launch plans for the customer base.
- Provide a monthly orders and sales forecast for the customer base in cooperation with the local sales team.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities within the territory.
- Support training and technical support activities together with the local sales team.
