City Auto Murfreesboro is looking for a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant to help manage internet leads, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and digital communication. You’ll be part of a fast-moving dealership team where your communication skills, follow-up, and customer service directly impact sales results.

In this role, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound automotive internet leads and customer inquiries. You’ll follow up quickly and professionally by phone, email, text, chat, and social media to answer questions, build trust, and schedule appointments.

You’ll also help support dealership visibility online by creating and sharing digital content such as vehicle photos, videos, reels, and social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys inside sales, lead generation, customer follow-up, appointment setting, CRM activity, social media engagement, and automotive sales support.

This role offers $50,000 to $125,000+ annual earning potential through flat-rate incentives, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus based on performance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools
• Comfort using social media platforms

• Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, dealership sales, customer service, digital marketing, or social media sales preferred
