Must reside in close proximity to Jackson, TN.
You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture.
You will be responsible for selling residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York dealers.
The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble, and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Job Responsibilities- Develop an in-depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering.
- Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quote for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Utilize superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
- Make proactive calls to the customer base to drive sales and increase margins.
- Enter orders and track shipments where necessary.
- Provide post-sale support as required.
- Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience supporting the sales team.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
