• Has existing relationships in Middle Tennessee (GCs, PMs, developers, property managers)
• Has a book of business but isn’t getting paid what they deserve
• Wants autonomy

Though this is a commission‑only role, we invest heavily in our producers:

• Company vehicle
• Gas card
• Full benefits package
• Back‑office support and estimating support
• Fast bid turnaround

Most commission‑only setups offer none of this. We built ours to support serious sales talent.

We pay 30–40% of net profit on every job you sell, paid when the job is paid out.

Tiered structure:

• 30% — Jobs under $50K
• 35% — Jobs $50K–$150K
• 40% — Jobs above $150K

This is one of the strongest commission structures in the Middle Tennessee construction market. If you can sell, you will make more money here than anywhere else.

We’re rebuilding I.C.S with proven performers. That means:

• No base salary
• No hand‑holding
• No six‑month “relationship building” runway
• You must produce within 60 days
• You must already understand construction sales
• You must be able to run your own pipeline
