Sign on Bonus

$3,000 Sign on Bonus ($500 after 3 months, $1000 after 6 months, $1500 after 12 months). Must be hired for a Murfreesboro, TN location. Sign on bonus not applicable to internal employees.

Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.

• Kick off with paid training ensuring success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities keep you on track and tech‑savvy.
• Connect with existing customers daily. AT&T provides scheduled appointments for engaging warm prospects effectively.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills, pivot smoothly and stay highly motivated to close sales.

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required, outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license – ready to drive; a company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history and motor‑vehicle record.
