What You'll Do
  • Perform at the top of our sales floor while developing the leadership habits that move you into management
  • Work directly alongside our managers—people who were once exactly where you are—learning how this dealership operates at every level
  • Build and deepen customer relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and long‑term loyalty
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, your metrics, and your personal development roadmap
  • Mentor newer team members and demonstrate the leadership qualities that earn a promotion at this dealership
  • Contribute to process improvement and team culture; managers here are made, not hired
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales performance; a track record that speaks for itself, automotive or otherwise
  • Management ambition; you’re not just looking for another sales job; you’re ready to lead
  • High character and coachability; ego checked, growth mindset on
  • Customer‑first mentality; you build trust naturally and it shows in your repeat business
  • Self‑motivation; you don’t wait to be told what to do; you show initiative every day
  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
