About the RoleAre you a high-energy individual looking to break into the fast-paced world of professional sales? We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Chattanooga team. In the staffing industry, we don’t sell products; we provide a vital service that connects local businesses with the talent they need to grow. In this role you will have the opportunity to cater to healthcare, Logistics and Industrial talent acquisition solutions.
As an entry-level rep, you will be the "boots on the ground," identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with hiring managers, and helping Chattanooga’s economy thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Conduct outbound calls (cold calling), email campaigns, and in-person visits to prospective clients throughout the Greater Chattanooga area.
- Market Research: Identify growing industries and companies in Hamilton County that require temporary, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire staffing solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of active clients, ensuring we understand their unique company culture and hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to communicate client requirements and ensure the right candidates are being sourced.
- Account Growth: Move beyond the first sale to become a long-term talent partner for your clients.
- The "Grind" Mentality: You aren’t afraid of the word "no." You view every rejection as one step closer to a "yes."
- Strong Communication: You can hold a confident conversation with a warehouse manager or a C-suite executive.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chattanooga business landscape is a major plus.
- Competitive Spirit: You are driven by targets, quotas, and the desire to be the top performer on the leader board.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value relevant experience and "soft skills" above all else.
