Therapy Development Representative
Drive adoption of new therapies growing sales and market share for assigned territory by training, educating, selling, and in-servicing new vascular products.
Position Responsibilities- Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets (QoQ and YoY).
- Drive sales and adoption of new vascular technologies within the area/district using effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with vascular field team to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies to drive therapy growth.
- Create and execute accurate on‑going sales plans to achieve objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts to increase market share and ensure successful adoption of new products.
- Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach and enhance adoption.
- Effectively manage expenses to grow business while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, customers, and administrators to drive business and therapy adoption.
- Serve as a therapy expert, providing training, education and market insights to legacy vascular field organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption.
- Probe and confirm customer needs, addressing objections and building consensus to secure commitments and close business.
- Plan and deliver effective sales/product presentations to customers.
- Educate customers and respond to requests or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and improve outcomes when supporting cases.
- Engage physicians in clinical conversations about advantages of therapies and products.
- Conduct all business adhering to ethics & compliance guidelines and FDA requirements.
- Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to meet targets such as inventory‑management audits and service protocols.
- Communicate market intelligence and competitor activity promptly to district sales manager and relevant personnel.
- Contribute to team effort and share market intelligence.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical/clinical knowledge and capabilities.
- Understand competitive products, features, and strengths relative to company products.
- Participate in product and skills development programs and manage own self‑development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years’ experience*; OR associate’s degree AND 10+ years’ experience*; OR bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years’ experience*.
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
* Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience includes hospital/OR settings or medical capital equipment, with proven track record in new product launches and market penetration for innovative technologies.
Nice to Have- 8+ years’ experience selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR settings.
- Demonstrated success in new account development and sales hunting.
- Deep knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols.
- Ability to train, teach, and educate medical personnel and support teams.
- Consistent top‑tier performance (top 10 %) and recognition such as President’s Club.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business preferred.

Benefits & Compensation- Base salary range: $90,000–$ (upper bound omitted for brevity).
