About Dealer Tire

Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour to start.

Target annual commission: $13,200.

Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.

• Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals
• Perform quick tire inspections and identify tire‑related issues
• Explain issues, recommend service, and quote prices
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting

• 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer‑service skills
• Strong sales instincts and natural relationship builder
• Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems
