- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
- Tech enthusiasm and willingness to learn new products and services.
- Strong customer service orientation and aim to exceed sales targets.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, problem solving, persuasion, professionalism, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.

Base Pay: $15.25 per hour.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.94 per hour. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the applicable plan; most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
High School Diploma or GED (Required).
CertificationsCertificates, if applicable, may be required.
Relevant Work Experience2–5 years of relevant customer service or retail experience.
