Overview
Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support a rapidly growing fuel marketer in their search for an Inside Sales Professional. This opportunity is based in Southern Tennessee.
CompensationBase Salary Plus Commission, Comprehensive Benefits
Responsibilities- Be a proactive member of a division tasked with increasing fuel sales in targeted markets.
- Perform spot sales, government and municipal bids and RFPs.
- Work with Operations to provide superior service for customers.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers while building rapid relationships.
- Manage and build the customer base, analyze and develop sales forecasts.
- Build value-added presentations and continually expand supplementary sales to existing customers.
- 2–3 years of inside B2B sales experience/account management in a similar business environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic and commitment.
- Extensive customer involvement and excellent relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience preferred.
