WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform at the top of our sales floor while developing the leadership habits that move you into management
  • Work directly alongside our managers — people who were once exactly where you are — learning how this dealership operates at every level
  • Build and deepen customer relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and long‑term loyalty
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, your metrics, and your personal development roadmap
  • Mentor newer team members and demonstrate the leadership qualities that earn a promotion at this dealership
  • Contribute to process improvement and team culture — managers here are made, not hired
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven sales performance — you have a track record that speaks for itself, automotive or otherwise
  • Management ambition — you're not just looking for another sales job; you're ready to lead
  • High character and coachability — ego checked, growth mindset on
  • Customer-first mentality — you build trust naturally and it shows in your repeat business
