• Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to leads.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients in assigned territories.
• Build strong client connections through effective communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track account activities, and keep client information current.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage in telemarketing campaigns to boost sales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
• Respond promptly to orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Monitor and update the status of open orders.
• Efficiently handle product returns.

• Fluent in English;
  Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Strong communication and account management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8-hour shift Open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Compensation:
• Hourly rate: $19-$22
• Commission opportunities
• Performance-based raises
• Bonus opportunities

• Experience:
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
