We are a family-owned financial advisory firm with more than 20 years of experience serving Middle Tennessee. We are looking for a driven Client Development Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and turning conversations into new business.
Insurance experience is not required. In fact, this position may be an excellent fit for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn, grow, and earn through performance. We will provide training and pay for you to obtain the necessary insurance license.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Work toward individual sales and business-development goals
This is not a desk-based cold-calling position. You will be out in the community, meeting people, creating opportunities, and building a professional network.
A high school diploma is required. Previous sales, hospitality, customer service, community outreach, fundraising, or business-development experience is helpful but not required.
