As a Clarion Security Licensed Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

This is a fill-in / as needed position. Officers in this role will be contacted to stand post based on operational needs and staffing coverage at any of our Nashville-area sites. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

* Provide professional security presence at assigned posts

* Monitor premises and report incidents appropriately

* Maintain detailed and accurate activity reports

* Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures

* Respond promptly to operational coverage needs

* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards
