Concrete Coating Installer - TN

Guardian Garage Floors is an established and rapidly growing company looking for full-time floor coating installers. Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team. No experience necessary, PAID on the job training provided. Paid Vacation & Holidays.

Overtime eligible position. Year round work available.

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

• Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work on knees or in a kneeling position occasionally.
• Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous).

Salary: $37,440 - $52,000 per year
