This is a full‑time, on‑site Tower Technician III position based in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves installing, maintaining, and upgrading wireless telecommunications equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and documenting procedures effectively. Tasks include climbing communication towers to perform installations and repairs, collaborating with teams to complete projects, and following industry standards and company practices to deliver quality results. This role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and requires expertise in handling specialized equipment.

• Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless telecommunications equipment.
• Ability to perform climbing and tower work with proper safety practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and assembling or upgrading equipment.
• Knowledge in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure quality installations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA and RF Safety Certifications are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced certifications in telecommunications or related field preferred.
