Run Testing Level 1

Are you a hands‑on problem solver who isn’t afraid of high voltage? We are looking for a safety‑conscious, self‑motivated person to join our team. If you enjoy working both indoors and outdoors and are ready to tackle complex (electrical) systems, we want to hear from you.

• Safety First: A high attention to detail with a non‑negotiable safety‑first mindset.
• EPA Certification:
  We prefer you have it, but if you don’t, we are happy to assist you in obtaining it!
• Independence:
  You are a self‑starter who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Bonus points if you have prior HVAC experience or moderate computer skills (Word, Excel, Email), but these are not required!

Salary: $42,000 - $49,920 per year

Shift: First

Work hours:

8 AM - 4:30 PM

Education:

High School

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain – company will assist)
• Test electrical components on all units; verify wiring, connections, and fasteners
• High attention to detail with a safety‑first mindset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working with 3‑phase, high‑voltage electricity
• Ability to use a meter/voltmeter
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Operate a forklift safely
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn multiple processes

• HVAC experience
• Moderate computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)

• Working in a smoke‑free environment
• Wearing steel‑toe shoes
• Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment
