• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs.
• Work daily to ensure customers have healthy home and living conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to educate and help them make informed decisions.
• Go above and beyond with customer service.

• Be self‑motivated and willing to teach and motivate helpers, peers, and colleagues.

• Clean drains, install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets for water, sewer and gas.
• Assemble fittings, valves, and pipes for proper installation, making modifications as needed.
• Be independent and able to work timely to ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
• Know how to choose best plumbing materials based on budget and location.
• Follow written and verbal directions from managers and leadership.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Organize and document all equipment needed for scheduled jobs.
• Communicate with customers to ensure understanding of the work and help them make decisions.
• Pay attention to detail and document all necessary pieces when working on a unit.
• All candidates are required to undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screening, possess a valid driver’s license, and reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.

Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN. Lead residential plumbing technicians will have their trucks/vans at home and will be dispatched from there.
