Cumberland International Trucks is looking for a driven, hands‑on Service Foreman to lead our shop team and elevate both performance and customer satisfaction. If you’re an experienced diesel professional who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and delivering top‑tier service, this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

You’ll work with a wide range of medium‑ and heavy‑duty trucks (Class 7 &
8), including top brands like Cummins, Eaton, International, and Allison
, while serving as the bridge between our technicians and our customers.

• Lead, mentor, and develop diesel technicians to deliver efficient, high‑quality repairs
• Recruit, interview, and onboard skilled technicians who follow OEM standards
• Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Act as the link between customers and technicians
  , ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Drive shop performance by monitoring productivity, efficiency, and gross profit margins
• Take ownership of the customer experience—from intake to final delivery
• Ensure prompt, professional, and friendly service for every customer
• Maintain strong relationships to support customer retention and repeat business
• Ensure all work follows warranty guidelines and dealership standards

• 3+ years of experience in the medium/heavy‑duty truck industry
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and repair processes
• Familiarity with OEM guidelines and warranty procedures
• Excellent communication skills—both with customers and team members
• Skilled at multitasking and staying organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• ASE and/or OEM certifications
• Previous dealership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with International Truck systems and supplier warranty policies
• Willingness to keep learning and growing through training and development

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable bending, lifting, reaching, climbing, and working around heavy equipment
• Ability to work in varying shop conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
