Field Service Technician I – Nashville, TN

Hourly rate: $14.00, plus $6.00 per activity completed.

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response on customer sites.
• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete company‑specific trainings and certifications on the training website.
• Diagnose problems using error logs and information from the service app on a company‑provided Android cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately and promptly report updates and work details, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Record hours worked and miles driven daily.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area and be authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone (company‑provided).
• Physical ability to travel for several hours a day, work in inclement weather, lift and carry tools and parts up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage:
  • Bodily injury liability: $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident.
  • Property damage liability: $100,000 per accident.
• Proactive, ethical, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred.

• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
