Termite & Pest Technician

Overview

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Route Support Technician to work outdoors, climb ladders, and provide pest control services. Comprehensive training is provided; prior experience is not required. Starting hourly rate is $18.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, aiming to create “Customers for Life.”
• Support the team by handling pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitoring termite bait systems.
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams—customer service, sales, and management—to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between service areas.
• Work comfortably in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
• Work in all weather conditions.

• Starting hourly rate $18, company vehicle, and company cell phone.
