Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a multi‑unit residential community. The role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance duties across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance and machinery.

• HVAC: repairs, cleaning, replacement, maintenance.
• Plumbing: repairs, replacement of parts, installation of sinks, toilets, faucets.
• Carpentry: repair and installation of doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical/APpliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacement of switches and lamps.
• Machinery: repair and maintenance of chillers, belts, pumps and fans.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.

Hourly rate of $20.75 - $29.05, commensurate with experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years of experience may offset minimum educational requirements.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Self‑motivated, team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Computer and smartphone literacy.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; multilingual skills are a plus.
