We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team in Murfreesboro.

• $25-$45/hour based on experience
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (available after 90 days)

You’ll keep local businesses moving by repairing and maintaining light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles. Every day brings something different, including:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing quality repairs the first time
• Preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
• Engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs
• Working alongside a skilled team that has your back

We’re seeking someone who brings experience—not just a toolbox.

• 2+ years of fleet or diesel mechanic experience
• Experience with light, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• OEM training preferred
• EPA 608/609 certifications (not required)
• DOT inspection experience
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Your own professional tools
