Traveling Installer - Crew Member (Baxter, TN)

Company Clean Wrap is hiring a traveling installer crew member. Starting pay $20–$30 per hour depends on experience. All equipment provided except steel‑toed boots. Before travel, crew meets at the shop near Baxter, TN; they load tools, materials, and suitcases, then travel in company vehicles.

• Adhere to all rules, directives, safety protocols and procedures.
• Load and transport tools, materials, and necessary equipment.
• Work on sites using scissor and boom lifts as needed.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to travel and work out of town for up to 3 weeks at a time.
• Comfortable working at heights and around scissor/boom lifts.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
• Valid driver’s license, Social Security card, and birth certificate.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

• 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts depending on the project.
• Day or night shifts as required.
• Holidays rarely scheduled; none on Thanksgiving or Christmas.
• Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts per project.
• Overtime commonly available.
• Per‑diem daily rate provided.

Requires valid driver’s license; other job‑related certifications will be provided. Must commute to the home site in Baxter, TN, and be willing to travel 25% of the time. Work location is on the road/in person.
