Commercial Roofing Team Member

Lucas Industrial is seeking a full-time Commercial Roofing Team Member to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems nationwide. This role offers steady, year-round work, competitive hourly pay, and hands-on training for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow within a skilled trade environment. Travel-based projects, team collaboration, and long-term advancement opportunities are core parts of this position.

• Full-time, year-round employment.
• Based out of Murfreesboro, TN (relocation required before start).
• Travel is required up to 100% of the time.
• Day shifts primarily; some evening, night, weekend, and overtime work may be required.
• Fuel card provided for travel-related work.
• Bonus potential based on performance.

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems.
• Loading materials, staging equipment, operating hand tools
• Assisting with the installation of TPO, sheet metal components, flashing, fasteners, and sealants.
• Support experienced roofers, help maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow project specifications and basic blueprints.
• Contribute to a safe, professional work environment on every project.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Willing and able to travel extensively for projects.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Basic hand tools required; some PPE provided.
• No prior commercial roofing experience required. Willingness to learn is essential.

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
