With the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, our team is equipped to go wherever our customers need us - safely, efficiently, and reliably.

We are seeking seasoned Electrical Supervisors with 10+ years of experience in conveyor and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large field teams, working with various MHE integrators, and ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced job sites.

• Supervise and lead teams of 50+ field employees on large-scale MHE projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and daily documentation.
• Travel 100% of the time to project sites across the U.S. (with paid trips home
  ).
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

• 10+ years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems.
• Experience with multiple MHE integrators

• Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities

• Electrical license (preferred).
• Certifications

  • NFPA 70E
  • Equipment operation training
• Strong computer skills

• • Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word
  • 3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360)
• Excellent communication skills
