We are seeking a Principal Software Architect to join our growing technology organization. In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end architectural vision, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cloud-native, AI/ML, and modern software engineering practices. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global clients to deliver transformative digital ecosystems that scale with innovation and impact.

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable enterprise solutions across multi-cloud environments, with emphasis on AWS-native engineering.
• Translate complex business needs into sound architectural designs using Business Context Diagrams, state/sequence/activity/ER/DFD models, and OOP/OOD principles.
• Provide technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to modern development methodologies (Agile, Dev Sec Ops , SRE, Lean, SAFe, XP).
• Define and implement cloud architectures using FaaS, PaaS, and microservices patterns.
• Guide teams on data design and integration using SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and AI/ML-driven data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (MS preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with 8+ years architecting modern, enterprise-level systems.
• Strong command of technologies such as Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL/No
  
  SQL, and hands-on use of unit testing frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures (FaaS, PaaS, microservices) on major hyper-scalers, primarily AWS.
• Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) with Amazon services including API Gateway, MSK, SNS/SQS, Lambda, Batch, App Mesh, Istio, Step Functions, Glue, Data Pipeline, Lake Formation, Aurora, RDS, Dynamo
  
  DB, EFS, S3, and Athena.
• Solid foundation in software design patterns, algorithms, data structures, instrumentation, and system scalability.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI (3+ years) preferred.
• Experience with Tax and immigration-related business domains is a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering and Dev Ops tools such as Git Hub, ADO, Sonar Qube, and automation tool chains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse, distributed teams in dynamic environments.

• Salary Range for this position- 100-150 K USD Per Year.
• The candidate must be located in Central or Eastern time zone and must be GC or US citizen.
