Saunders Entertainment LLC is looking for full-time CDL Driver/Generator Operators in Murfreesboro, Tennessee!

Salary Range: $75,/annually Who We Are

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive equipment to and from event sites, which may require being out of state for multiple weeks at a time.
  • Set-up, install, monitor, and strike portable power equipment.
  • Act as the onsite primary point of contact for customers to ensure the equipment is running properly.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure vehicle and equipment inspections are regularly conducted and arrange maintenance when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Active CDL License with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required.
  • Ability to drive for extended periods.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Excellent navigational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Drivers/Operations often work long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays with the possibility of being away from home for extended periods, sometimes traveling for days or weeks.
  • The job may require navigating diverse weather conditions and road types, including rural, urban, or remote locations.
  • There may be physical tasks such as loading/unloading electrical equipment, climbing in and out of the truck, and performing equipment checks, requiring strength and stamina.
  • Movements including but not limited to prolonged periods of sitting in the truck, loading/unloading equipment, climbing in and out of the truck, performing equipment checks, long periods standing onsite, walking, bending, and reaching are required.
  • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; talk; see; and/or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
  • The role requires continuous focus, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stay alert, especially while operating large vehicles in traffic or challenging conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at all times.

This position is based out of our Nolensville/Murfreesboro, TN locations. While travel is required during active projects, drivers are frequently home and expected to report to the shop on a regular basis. Applicants should reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
