Dental Hygienist

Big Bend Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location:

1310 Big Bend Rd., Ballwin, Missouri 63021.

Schedule:

Tuesday 7:45 am–5 pm, Wednesday 7:45 am–12 pm, Friday 7:45 am–1 pm.

Practice: 2‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. Appointment times: 60‑minute recovery appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments.

Pay:
Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option for Daily Pay; opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Clinical flexibility as required by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions.
