As a Premier Client Banker within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Murphy, TX.
Job Description- Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients.
- Generate and manage leads and client appointments, leveraging consultative and needs‑based conversational skills to position products and grow share of wallet.
- Create and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth while managing risk and maximizing profitability for the entire portfolio of clients.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, ensuring timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration and execution of team processes such as pre‑call planning and post‑call debriefs.
- Serve as the quarterback for ecosystem partners, bringing in experts based on identified needs and ensuring exceptional client interactions.
- Build and execute actionable sales strategies and tactics, proactively converting opportunities and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Lead collaboration with ecosystem partners, develop leadership inside and outside the branch as a Center of Influence (COI), and own client relationship and penetration goals.
- Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree and 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job–specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
No required certifications. FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred.
