- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus NPTE passing, and graduate from an accredited program.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
- Current CPR certification.
- Other client-specific requirements to be determined.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined by the patient's capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. Realistic and achievable goals are set, patient condition is documented, and patients and families are educated in appropriate therapy methods.
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
