Supervisor, Assembly

Murphy, NC (Onsite)

Work Schedule:

Onsite – Murphy, NC

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Proficiency in mechanical aptitude.
• Good eyesight with the ability to distinguish colors.
• Good hand dexterity and range of motion, including mobility.

• Perform assembly operations in a fast-paced work environment.
• Follow work instructions pertaining to assembly and test.
• Utilize computer to program software/firmware onto Smart Motor products.
• Perform testing operations on Smart Motor products.
• Troubleshoot basic electronic and mechanical assembly problems.
• Perform assembly, touch up, and final assembly of Smart Motor products.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly utilizing small hand tools and crimpers.

Murphy, NC: $16.00–$20.00 per hour.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
