Store Sales Associate

Store Sales Associate – Murphy, TX

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00/hour.

Full‑Time Day Shift (Typical store hours). Overtime and weekends as needed.

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
• Sunday:
  Closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC Brands and assisting customers in‑store.
• Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching for customer requirements.
• Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Supporting general store operations as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based, with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
