- - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance duties on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems under supervision;
Assist in management, planning, and operation of municipal facilities, including inventory of buildings and operating systems;
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on HVAC and generator systems, including filter replacement and lubrication;
Perform minor repairs on municipal HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems using appropriate tools;
Respond to service requests and monitor contractors and service agreements
