- - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems under the direction of the Facilities Superintendent;
Assist in management, planning, and operation of municipal facilities, including inventory of buildings and operating systems;
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on HVAC and generator systems, including filter replacement, lubrication, and maintaining logs;
Perform minor repairs and maintenance on municipal HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems;
Reconfiguring, installing, and positioning modular office furniture and equipment as needed
