Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for agentic and generative AI products, from concept through production.
• Architect, build, and optimize large‑scale machine‑learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch/Tensor Flow, and MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing property‑tech platforms.
• Lead performance tuning, model monitoring, and continuous improvement in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices for reproducibility and scalability.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying deep‑learning models in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and major frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Proven experience with cloud services (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable AI workloads.
• Expertise in generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and their application to real‑world problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor teams, and communicate complex concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
