Lead AI Engineer - RealPage, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and architecture for agentic and generative AI products, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of AI scientists, engineers, and data engineers to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions from research to production.
• Design, train, and fine‑tune large language models and multimodal models using PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Implement MLOps pipelines on AWS (Sage Maker, EKS, CI/CD) to automate model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate property‑tech challenges into AI‑driven features and services.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying large‑scale deep‑learning models, preferably LLMs or diffusion models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Proven experience designing cloud‑native AI architectures on AWS, including container orchestration and serverless services.
• Track record of establishing MLOps practices: automated training, testing, versioning, and monitoring.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and influence product strategy.
