Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Tube Mill Production Manager in Murphysboro, IL to lead floor supervisors, operators, and coordination with maintenance, QC, and scheduling for safe, efficient production and on-time deliveries.
The ideal candidate has a engineering/manufacturing background with 3+ years of operations leadership, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Lean/Six Sigma experience and knowledge of extrusion/tube drawing are a plus.
