Position: Property Manager (Murray, KY)

We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented, and dependable leader to serve as Property Manager for the Murray, KY location. In this role you will run the day‑to‑day operations of our community while maintaining a pleasant and engaging environment for staff and residents. The position requires consistent enforcement of policy, quick adaptation to situations, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of compliance, including initial certifications, annual recertifications, and ensuring resident files are audit‑ready.
  • Manage the waiting list, conduct tours, and oversee the leasing process from application to move‑in.
  • Collect rent and collaborate with vendors to ensure cost‑effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families, resolving conflicts with empathy while maintaining firm community standards.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep the building clean, accessible, and hazard‑free for residents with varying mobility needs.
  • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator to encourage social engagement and connect residents with local resources such as food assistance, transportation, and healthcare.
Requirements
  • 3 years in a supervisory position required.
  • Associate's degree or higher, with certifications in the field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, and face‑to‑face.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HUD online systems, and industry‑specific software.
  • Experience with multi‑organization or single‑organization multi‑site operations a plus.
