Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Murray, KY. This is a day-shift opportunity in a community hospital setting.

Start Date:

ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule:

4x10 Hour Day Shifts
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours:

40 hours per week
Facility Type: 277-bed community hospital

This role requires flexibility, strong technical skills, and willingness to float within scope as needed.

• Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
• Maintain radiation safety standards and protocols
• Perform IV placement and venipuncture
• Document patient care and procedures in Meditech
• Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure education
• Float within scope to support department needs
• Participate in weekend call rotation

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or equivalent certification required)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
• Active Kentucky license (or compact license) required at time of submission
• Strong IV skills required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Must reside 100+ miles from facility (locals not accepted)

First-time travelers accepted.

• Call Requirement:
  Every 3rd weekend (4 hours Saturday and 4 hours Sunday)
• Floating required within scope as needed
• Expect to work some holidays
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• EMR:
  Meditech
• COVID vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Community hospital Nuclear Med Tech role with 4x10 day schedule. Call every 3rd weekend (4 hours Sat/Sun). Must have 2+ years of experience and active KY or compact license ating required within scope. 100-mile radius rule applies. First-time travelers accepted. Experienced Nuclear Med Techs only.
