The Production Team Member works as part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

• Move to different lines and responsibilities.
• Learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Safely work with and around moving equipment.
• Learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job.

• Base pay $19.65.
• 1st shift:
  Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (8‑hour shift).
• Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm (9‑hour shift).
• Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm (10‑hour shift).
• Mandatory OT on Saturdays 8‑hour shifts as scheduled.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass pre‑employment tests, as required.
• Pass pre‑work ability screen, as required.
• Must be able to lift 40‑80 lbs.

• New hires will have check‑ins at 60 days to ensure they have the support and resources needed for success. This check‑in does not affect pay, as pay increases occur at 90 days and 6 months after hire.
