Production Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a General Production Associate
- Entry Level 2nd shift to join their team. As a General Production Associate
- Entry Level 2nd shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate
- Entry Level 2nd shift

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15.17

Shift: Second (250pm - 11pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
• Availability to work the second shift, from 3:50 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
