Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Helper
Location: Murray, KY
Pay Range:$15 - $15.30
Shift: First, Second, Third
What's the Job?- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Assist with the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe environment.
- Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
- Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
- Basic physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Open to learning and working as part of a team.
