Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care and act as a patient advocate.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:- Provide direct bedside care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, wellness, and rehabilitation strategies
- Inform family members of changes in patient condition and discuss alterations to medication or treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility physician to develop and implement patient care plans
- Notify physician of any changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing at a minimum
- Current license as a Registered Nurse
- Bi-Weekly (Daily Pay)
- Weekend Hours Baylor Pay - additional $3 p/hr
- Full Time Commitment Program - $1000 Quarterly Payouts for 3 years total of $12,000
